with Marcie Stillman Nurture your body, mind and spirit as you join us on the mat for Movement for Your Jewish Soul. We will combine movement, breath work and meditation and connect it to Judaism. Each week we will focus on a Jewish theme and incorporate it into our practice. Bring a yoga mat and an open mind, and discover the many beautiful parallels between yoga and Judaism. All levels (including beginners) are welcome.
