We are sad to share that Melvin Bluthal, father of TSE member Evette, father-in-law of David, and grandfather of Hannah, passed away yesterday, May 29, 2019. Melvin is also survived by his wife, Rowena Bluthal; son Bennett (Michelle) Bluthal; son Myles Bluthal; and daughter Marcy (Woody) Vaun; and grandson Dylan Bluthal.
Funeral services for Melvin will be held Sunday, June 2, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, NJ 07726. Interment will follow at Beth Israel Cemetery, 1098 Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge, NJ 07095.
Shiva will be observed at the Rowena's home (362 US Highway 9 Unit 241, Englishtown, NJ 07726) as follows: Sunday following the burial, Monday: 10AM to 1PM and 4PM to 7PM, Wednesday:10AM to 1PM, Thursday: 10A to 1PM and 4PM to 7PM. There will be a Minyan at 7PM on Sunday, Monday, and Thursday.
There will also be Shiva at Evette and David Witt's home (166 Ocean Avenue, Middletown, NJ 07748) on Tuesday from10AM to 7PM.
