Dear Religious School Families,

Time flies when we are having fun in Religious School, and it is already time for Religious School Registration for the 2019-20 school year!  In order to enroll your child for the coming academic year, you must completely fill out our online School Enrollment Form (account log-in is required) and submitting the $110 Registration Fee per student.  Please note that we cannot guarantee your child’s placement until we receive both the completed online School Enrollment Form and Registration Fee and your Temple account is current.

This year, we are considering opening a Kindergarten class on Wednesday afternoons if enough students are interested in attending.  If your child is entering Kindergarten and you would be interested in this class, you can sign up on your Enrollment Form.  Classes for K-2nd grade students will still be offered on Sunday mornings from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.

As in previous years, choice of Sunday morning, Tuesday afternoon, or Wednesday afternoon classes applies to students entering 3rd - 6th grade.  All 7th grade students attend Wednesday evenings from 6:45 - 8:15 p.m. and 8th - 10th grade students attend Tuesday evenings from 6:45 - 8:15 p.m.  Please note that if your child will become Bar/Bat Mitzvah in his/her 8th grade year, he/she must be registered for 8th grade Religious School.

Please help us meet the specific needs of your child by paying special attention to the sections of the Enrollment Form related to allergies, medical conditions, and learning needs.  If your child has a food allergy, we ask that you submit a FARE Form or Food Allergy Action Plan to the Religious School Office.  Additionally, if your child has an IEP, 504 Plan, or Behavior Intervention Plan, please submit a copy to the Religious School Office.

Registration Fees for all students currently enrolled and those students entering 3rd grade will be added to your family’s April Temple bill.  You can pay your Registration Fees with your Temple bill or submit a separate check, whatever is more convenient for you.  If we have not received your Registration Fees by June 30, 2019, a late fee will be added to your account.  Placements are made on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend that you submit your Enrollment Form and Fees as soon as possible to ensure your child’s placement on your preferred day.
