To achieve our goal of 100% participation this year, we’re counting on you to contribute your time, energy and resources in a way that feels meaningful to you.
This week we concluded our High Holy Days with the celebration of Simchat Torah as we stood in front of the rolled-out Torah and rejoiced in the teachings of our Jewish faith. We stood next to one another, grandparents, and children alike, and were reminded of the unique nature of our congregation. Whether it be the inspiring sound of Kol Nidre or collecting 6,000 pounds of food for Open Door or Tashlich at the Park, our community joins together to find joy in our ancient traditions.
We ask you to support our annual appeal campaign, an initiative to raise vital dollars for Shaari Emeth. These funds play a critical role in our operating budget, allowing us to deliver high-quality programming for our congregants today and to continue innovating and evolving for the future.
With your generous support, we will:
Develop top-tier interactive and educational experiences at the Early Learning Center and Religious School
Sustain our vibrant and diverse community
Provide families with learning opportunities to explore Jewish life and celebration
Maintain our Temple’s beautiful facilities
Pursue the ideals of Tikkun Olam through our social justice work
To achieve our goal of 100% participation this year, we’re counting on you to contribute your time, energy and resources in a way that feels meaningful to you. Whether it be $18,000 to sponsor a holiday service or $18 to provide a meal for the homeless in our winter shelter, your participation is critical in our goal to maintain a thriving Jewish life in Western Monmouth County.
To give to our annual appeal, please visit www.shaariemeth.org/appeal, or respond to this letter with your pledge or gift. If you require any additional information, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Shana Tovah and we wish you a healthy and happy new year.
