The undersigned hereby apply for membership in Temple Shaari Emeth and agree to comply with the rules and regulations of the Temple, and to pay and be responsible for the dues and full building assessments as established by the Board of Trustees. It is understood that the full unpaid building fund assessment is due upon resignation, and resignations must be submitted in writing. B'nai Mitzvah dates are assigned and confirmed at the completion of 4th grade. It is further understood that any child attending our Religious School shall continue attending after Bar/Bat Mitzvah through Confirmation, which occurs at the end of 10th grade.
