The pandemic comes with tremendous stress and anxiety. In this session we will look at techniques that can help us to manage our emotions as we live in a time of unknown. How can breathing, boundaries and routines help us to cope? How do we manage our relationships and foster healthy ones? How do we identify unhealthy coping strategies and replace them with more constructive ones? How do we manage our negative thoughts and bring positive energy into our minds.
